Setting a different first installment and one-time fees
Give new members a welcome discount or add one-time fees to a product.

Setting a different first installment
Configure this when assigning a product to a member:
Go to the member profile → tab Finance → Add product.
Select the product and payment method.
Scroll to Different first installment.
Enter the amount for the first period (e.g. €0 for free, or a lower amount for a discount).
Example: normal rate €150/month, first month €75. From the second month, the normal rate is automatically collected.
Adding one-time fees
Set one-time fees (e.g. registration fees) on the service itself:
Go to Finance → Offerings, click the ⋯ next to the membership and choose Edit.
Go to the step Price and scroll to One-time fees.
Enter a description and amount, then choose which invoice the fees appear on (e.g. First invoice). Use Adding one-time fees to add more lines.
Complete the wizard in the step Review.
Always check the payment overview
At the bottom of the product assignment screen is an overview: what the member pays the first time, when the next regular debit occurs and the recurring amount afterwards.
