When configuring payments and invoicing, use your own organization's details. Check both your company profile in FITsociety and the verification steps in Mollie.

Check your company profile in FITsociety

Open Settings → Company profile and check your company name, address, registration details and the tax details applicable to your organization. Save changes. These details must match the organization issuing the invoices.

Check verification in Mollie

Open your Mollie Dashboard and view outstanding steps. Mollie may request company, bank and identity details, among other information. Mollie assesses the account and determines whether you can receive payments and payouts.

I do not have a VAT number

Do not assume every organization must always have a VAT number to use Mollie. The required details depend on your organization and tax situation. Mollie asks for a valid VAT number if your organization is VAT-liable. See Mollie's explanation of VAT details.
