Logging in to the coaching environment
The coaching environment is the web application where you manage your members, schedules and payments as a coach. You log in through a browser, separately from the member app.
Steps
Go to coach.fitsociety.nl
Enter your email address and password
Click "Log in"
Forgot your password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. You will receive a reset link at your email address.
Have you not received the reset email?
Check your spam folder
Make sure you use the correct email address: the address used to create your account
Try another browser or incognito mode
Coaching environment versus member app
You use the coaching environment through the browser on your computer or phone (coach.fitsociety.nl). The member app is the mobile app your members download from the App Store or Google Play. These are two separate environments with separate login details.
