What can I do if a feature is missing?
Is a feature missing in FITsociety? First check whether it already exists or can be used in a different way. If the feature is genuinely missing, submit a request through the FITsociety wishlist.
1. Check the existing options
Search the Help Center or check the app for an existing feature or workaround. Sometimes a feature is in a different place than you expect.
2. Search the wishlist
Open wishlist.fitsociety.io and search by keyword. Is your idea already listed? Open the item and click Vote. This helps us group similar requests and keep votes in one place.
3. Add a new request
Is your idea not listed yet? Submit it through wishlist.fitsociety.io/wens-toevoegen.
Focus on describing what you want to achieve. A good request includes, for example:
what is currently missing or what you need to do manually;
who the feature is intended for;
why this matters;
how often you need it;
an example of the desired result.
How do we determine priorities?
We consider votes, member impact, how clearly the request is described, technical feasibility and how well the idea fits the product plan. More votes help, but they are not the only factor.
What happens after submission?
Other users can vote on or comment on your request.
We may merge similar requests to keep things organized.
When the status changes, involved users may receive an update.
On the roadmap you can see which major product updates are planned.
When should you contact support?
Use the wishlist for ideas and improvements. Is something broken, are you unable to log in or do you have a question about your account, invoice, settings or data? Start a support conversation through the chat so we can look into it directly.
