The Dashboard shows how your company is doing at a glance. Use the button 'Customize' in the top right to adapt the layout to your needs.
1. Key figures
At the top are three important statistics:
Total members: Your total member base.
Active today: How many members performed an action or attended today.
Online today: How many members are currently using the app or active online.
2. Company overview
New members: Growth of your member base during the selected period.
Revenue: Your company's financial progress over the selected period.
3. Planning & retention
Today's calendar: A chronological overview of scheduled sessions, including training type, time, duration and location.
Birthdays: A list of members with upcoming birthdays so you can send a personal message.
Upcoming training endings: A list for retention management. See which members' programs or subscriptions are ending soon so you can act on renewals in time.
4. Member progress & engagement
Top member progress: Shows which members achieve the best results based on their progress.
Least active members: An overview of members inactive for some time. Use 'Remind' to send a reminder directly.
Member mood: An overview based on emoji feedback, showing member satisfaction at a glance.
5. Task management
Tasks Overview: At the bottom is an overview of outstanding tasks: how many remain open, which are overdue and your completion percentage.
This overview helps you make strategic decisions and track your company's daily progress.
