What does the follow-up date do?

In a member's profile (Profile & Contact), you can set a follow-up date . This records when you want to follow up with this member.

  • It is currently a standalone date. No automatic reminder or notification is sent to you or the member.

  • The follow-up date is unrelated to intake reminders. Send an intake reminder through the Intake tab and Send reminder button.

  • The feature will become more useful when the lead feature is added later.
