Why are we asking for your input?
We are building Coach AI together with coaches who use FITsociety every day, rather than relying on assumptions. Your examples show where work takes a lot of time, where you often repeat the same steps and where AI can make a real difference.
Through the research chat, we want to discover which tasks, questions and workflows coaches would most like to automate. This is not just about the question you would ask AI, but mainly about the process behind it: what data do you currently check yourself, what decision do you make next and what would a good AI answer or action look like for you?
What would we like to learn?
We are looking for concrete situations from your daily work. The more specific your example, the better we can understand which Coach AI features would be valuable.
Which tasks do you repeat often?
What takes up a lot of your time each week or day?
What member information do you currently look up manually?
What signals should AI recognize automatically for you?
What messages, summaries, tasks or reminders could AI prepare in advance?
What existing FITsociety data or feature do you use for this?
What would a good answer look like for you: a short summary, a list, advice, a draft message, a task or a concrete action?
Examples of useful input
You do not need to write a perfect prompt. An ordinary example from your work is enough. For example:
I want to see more quickly which members are missing their check-ups.
I want to know which members need extra attention this week.
I want an intake to be summarized automatically before I call a member.
I want to follow up on outstanding invoices more quickly.
I want AI to draft a message for members who rarely work out.
I want AI to recognize patterns in progress, nutrition, measurements or training.
I want my own assistant or AI tool to work securely with FITsociety through MCP.
Why does the research chat ask follow-up questions?
The research chat asks follow-up questions to make your example useful for product development. A standalone question such as “Which members need attention?” is interesting, but we need more information to build this properly.
The chat may therefore ask about:
how often this happens;
how much time it currently takes;
which steps you currently perform manually;
what data you need for this;
what rules or signals determine that someone needs attention;
what you want to do with the result next.
This helps us decide whether Coach AI should answer, summarize, prepare, identify signals or eventually suggest an action.
What happens to your answer?
Your answer is used as research input for Coach AI. We look for patterns in the conversations: which tasks recur frequently, which existing FITsociety features are involved and where automation could save the most time.
We use your input to design better Coach AI features. We do not promise to build every individual idea immediately, but your examples help determine priorities.
Existing features, new features and MCP
The research chat is mainly intended for AI within existing FITsociety workflows: members, check-ups, intake, planning, training, progress, nutrition, chat, finance and other data already in FITsociety.
Do you have an idea for a completely new FITsociety feature that does not exist yet? Add it to the wishlist so the product team can assess it as a feature request:

Is your idea specifically about MCP or connecting your own AI assistant to FITsociety? You can add your input to this existing MCP request:

How can you take part?
Open the Coach AI research chat on your dashboard and describe in your own words what takes up your time or what you would like to ask AI. The chat will then help you refine the example.
You do not need to use technical language. Simply explain what you currently do, why it takes time and what you would like Coach AI to take over for you.
