Sending a member an intake reminder

After adding and inviting a member, you want them to complete the intake form as soon as possible.

📍 Member profile: coach.fitsociety.io/member → click a member → tab Intake

Sending a reminder

1. Go to the member profile.

2. Click the tab Intake.

3. Click Send reminder.

4. The member receives a notification (email or chat message).

Where can the member find the intake in the app?

The intake is not on the app's main page. Your member can find it through:

Profile → Intake (in the top right of the app)

The intake is completed once and disappears after completion. Always explicitly tell new members where to find the intake to avoid confusion.

Difference between intake and check-up in the app

• Intake → once → through Profile → Intake

• Check-up → recurring weekly → through Progress → Check-up available
