The main difference: Unlike a multi-session pass (per visit) or membership (per period), a Day or week pass centers on a consecutive period of access.
Go to Services and click 'Add service'. A pop-up offers several service types; choose Day or week pass.
1. Basic pass details
Product image: Upload an image that makes the pass recognizable.
Name: Give the pass a clear title (e.g. "Fitness day pass" or "Summer training week").
Description: Describe exactly what the pass includes and which facilities are covered (max. 1000 characters).
2. Use & validity
Days of use: Select in the dropdown how many days of access the pass grants (e.g. 1 day for a day pass or 7 days for a week pass).
Validity of unused pass uses: Specify when the pass must be activated after purchase. Enter a number and choose the unit (e.g. within 30 days).
One-time purchase: Enable if members may only buy the pass once (useful for an "Introduction week").
3. Prices & terms
Price: Enter the one-time amount the member pays for the pass.
VAT: Enter the applicable VAT rate (usually 9% for sports services). The price excluding VAT appears immediately.
4. Visibility
Choose where the pass can be purchased:
Visible in store and app: For maximum sales to visitors.
Store only: Only through the online store.
App only: Only for existing app users.
Coaches only: Use this to assign the pass manually as a "special" at reception.
5. Class bookings
Which classes can be booked?: Find and select specific classes accessible with this pass. This prevents someone with a low-cost day pass from accessing expensive specialist workshops.
