Can I add extra details (such as a company number, KOR notice or note) to my invoice?

The solution (workaround): Although there is currently no specific field for extra invoice information, you can use the existing Company name feature to include this information on the invoice.

Examples of the change:

Current company name

Adjusted name (with extra information)

Gezondheidsstudio X

Gezondheidsstudio X (VAT BE 0123.456.789)

PT Focus Coaching

PT Focus Coaching (Company exempt from VAT, KOR)

Fit & Sterk VOF

Fit & Sterk VOF (Please note: payment term 7 days)
