Open the app and navigate to the exercise you want to add a video to.

Add a video URL
Copy the full YouTube URL (for example:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFDpq1TQKr4) and paste it into the exercise's designated field.
Notes:Always use the full URL; shortened links (such as
youtu.be/...) do not work. The video must not be a YouTube Short. Make sure it does not meet the Shorts criteria.
Make sure your video is a regular video
YouTube Shorts are recognized automatically using certain characteristics. To ensure your video is treated as regular, consider:Duration: Make sure the video is longer than 60 seconds. YouTube Shorts are generally 60 seconds or shorter.
Format: Upload in a standard widescreen format (for example 16:9), rather than the vertical orientation often used for Shorts.
Title and description: Avoid terms such as "Shorts" in the title or description so YouTube does not classify the video as a Short.
