Looking for the invoices FITsociety sends you for your own subscription? You can find them here, under Settings → Membership and Add-ons (at the bottom under Invoicing and history). The invoices you send to your own members are elsewhere, under Finance → Invoices.
Go to Settings → Membership and Add-ons to manage your FITsociety subscription.
Your membership
At the top of the page, see immediately which plan you currently use. The active plan is marked 'Current plan'.
Video storage
At the top, you also see an overview of your video storage usage. The video library and exercise videos share this storage, including thumbnails and retained files.
Add-ons
FITsociety is modular. There are currently two available add-ons:
AI feature: Let members scan their meals. AI automatically recognizes ingredients and nutritional values. This service is free for the first two members.
Branded App (Add-on): Give members a personalized coaching experience with your own branded app. This costs an extra €50 per month.
Enable or disable each add-on using its toggle. Keep in mind that charges may apply.
Invoicing and history
At the bottom is a transparent overview of your invoicing details:
Invoice & Date: Download the invoices for your FITsociety subscription here for your own bookkeeping.
Amount & Status: Check each month's amount and whether the status is 'Paid'.
