What is the "Class invitation" notification?

When you manually link a member to a class as a coach, the member automatically receives an email or push notification with the class details. This is the "Class invitation" notification in the communication overview.

How do you turn this notification off for a member?

Through the member profile (as a coach):

1. Go to Members and open the member's profile

2. Scroll to the section Language & communication

3. Click Edit

4. Turn off the toggle for "Class invitation"

5. Save

The member can also turn this off themselves:

1. Open the FITsociety app

2. Go to Profile → Manage emails

3. Turn off the toggle for "Class invitation"

Managing other notifications

The same overview contains all communication settings, including:

• Class registration (confirmation when signing up themselves)

• Class changed

• Class canceled

• Chat message received

You can turn each notification on or off individually for each member.
