Setting direct debit timing: a fixed day of the month
By default, direct debit occurs on the same day as the start date. You can change this to a fixed day, e.g. always the 1st of the month.

How do you set a fixed day?
Go to the member profile → tab Finance → Add product.
Scroll to Direct debit timing.
Choose Fixed day of the month.
Enter the desired day (e.g. 1).
When is a fixed day useful?
Useful when you have many members and want to check all direct debits at once. For coaches with a small group of members, the default setting (start date) is simpler.
