Using tags for member segmentation

Tags let you group members by characteristics such as audience, coaching program or status. This makes it easier to find the right group quickly and take targeted actions.

Examples of tags

  • Weight loss, Muscle mass, Strength, Running

  • Online coaching, In-person

  • Starter, Advanced

  • Active, Inactive, Trial period

  • Women 20-35, Seniors

Creating a tag

  1. Go to Coach → Members.

  2. In the top right, click the button Add Tags.

  3. A panel opens with an overview of all existing tags.

  4. At the bottom, click + Add New Tag.

  5. Give the tag a name and choose a color.

  6. Save.

Assigning a tag to a member

  1. Open the member profile through Coach → Members.

  2. Click the Tags field in the profile.

  3. Select the desired tag from the list.

A member can have multiple tags. The tags appear as chips in the member list in the column Tags.

Filtering by tag

In the member list, filter by tag using the filter icon next to the search bar. This lets you see all members in a particular coaching program or audience with one click.

Managing tags

Through the Add Tags button, you see an overview of all tags with their names, colors and the number of members using each tag. You can edit or remove existing tags here.
