Step 1: Open the class in the calendar

1. Go to Calendar

2. Click the class you want to delete

3. Click the trash icon in the top right of the detail window

Step 2: Choose what you want to delete

A dropdown appears with three options:

• Cancel only this event — Cancels only the selected class. All other classes in the series remain. Use this to cancel one specific session.

• Cancel this and all following events — Cancels the selected class and all future occurrences. Classes before this date remain.

• Cancel all events in the series — Cancels the entire series, including past classes. Please note: this cannot be undone.

What happens to registered participants?

Registered members automatically receive a cancellation notification if notifications are enabled. Credits are refunded if this is configured in the class cancellation policy.
