Creating a service or membership

Manage your offerings through Finance → Offerings. Here you create individual sessions, credit packages, memberships, and day or week passes.

📍 Go directly to Offerings: coach.fitsociety.nl/offers/services

Step 1: Choose the service type

  1. Go to Finance → Offerings (tab Services).

  2. In the top right, click + Add new service.

  3. In the panel Add new service choose the type:

    • Individual session – for a single class, intake or appointment

    • Credit package – for a bundle of credits for several classes or appointments

    • Membership – for a recurring subscription with invoicing, credits and extra services

    • Day or week pass – for temporary access, such as a trial week or holiday pass

  4. Click Continue.

You now go through a wizard with the steps shown at the top of the panel. Use Continue to move to the next step. For a membership, these are: General → Plan → Price → Registration → Rules → Access → Review.

Step 2: General

  • Cover image (optional) – displayed on the store card and in the app

  • Name and Description

  • Visibility – where members can see and buy the service:

    • Store & app (default) – member portal and app, for new and existing members

    • Store only – member portal only

    • App only – only in the app, so only existing members can purchase

    • Visible everywhere – member portal, app and direct purchase links

    • Hidden – hidden from members; a coach assigns the service manually

Step 3: Plan (membership)

  • Payment period – Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Every 4 weeks, Every 8 weeks, Monthly, Every 2 months, Every 3 months, Every 6 months or Annually

  • Contract period + Unit – e.g. 12 months

  • Automatic renewal – when the contract period ends, the membership continues for another period

  • Use credits – members receive credits they can use to book. Choose One credit type or Multiple credit types and configure for each credit type: Access type (With credits or Unlimited access), Credits per period, Credit schedule, Validity of unused credits, Access with a negative balance and which classes can be booked with them

  • Invoice cycle – From each member's start date, On a fixed day of the month, or On a fixed 4-week cycle

Step 4: Price

  • Enter the Price including VAT and the VAT rate . The price excluding VAT and the VAT amount are calculated automatically.

  • Invoice profile – your company's profile by default

  • Available once as a trial offer – each member can only buy the service once

  • Available at locations – All locations or specific locations

  • Member add-ons – whether members can manage add-ons themselves and when charges begin

  • Extra services – optional recurring add-ons

  • One-time fees – e.g. a registration fee, on the first or a subsequent invoice

Steps 5 and 6: Registration and Rules

Here you configure terms and conditions, signing and payment methods, as well as what members can do themselves (cancel, pause, renew, switch). See the article Setting membership registration and self-service rules.

Step 7: Access

Enable QR access – when enabled, the service counts toward access rights.

Reviewing and creating

The final step shows a summary for each section. Use Edit to return to that step. Is everything correct? Click Create service. The service appears immediately in the overview.

Tip: editing, duplicating and archiving

Click the three dots (⋯) next to a service for Edit, Duplicate, Archive or Remove. Use Duplicate to create variants quickly (e.g. 3, 6 and 12 months).
