Creating nutrition plan templates

Build a library of meal plans based on kilocalories so you can quickly choose the right plan for each member.

📍 Go directly to nutrition templates: coach.fitsociety.io/nutrition/templates

Where can you find the templates?

Go to Nutrition → Templates in the left menu.

Strategy: build by kilocalories

Create a series of templates by calorie level: 1.600, 1.800, 2.000, 2.200, 2.400 kcal and so on. You will then always have a suitable plan ready for every member.

Creating a new template

  1. Click Add template in the top right.

  2. Name it based on kilocalories, e.g. "Nutrition plan 1800 kcal".

  3. Add days and drag food items from the library into the meal times.

  4. Save using Save changes.

Creating further templates by duplicating

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the template → Duplicate.

  2. Rename it, e.g. "Nutrition plan 2000 kcal".

  3. Increase one or more meals by ~200 kcal.

  4. Repeat for each level.

Duplicating a day within a plan

Click the three dots next to a day → Duplicate day. Change only the evening meal for variety.

Copying a day to another plan

Click the three dots next to a day → Copying a day to another plan. Choose the destination plan. This saves a lot of time when building multiple plans.

Assigning a template to a member

  1. Go to the member profile → tab Nutrition.

  2. Click Assign plan → From a template.

  3. Select the template matching the calorie requirements in the Goal tab for the member.

Setting the day structure

Use day numbers (Day 1, Day 2) rather than weekday names. This keeps the cycle running regardless of the day of the week.
