Managing WOD settings and leaderboards

2 min read

Viewing leaderboards

📍 Go to Training V2 → Workout of the Day and click the tab Leaderboards (top right, next to WOD).

There are three leaderboard types:

  • WOD — member scores for today's WOD or a selected day; see who achieved the highest score

  • Weekly XP — ranking based on experience points (XP) members earned that week; the more they train and log, the more XP

  • Exercises — rankings based on personal records (PRs) for specific exercises: who has the heaviest squat, most pull-ups or fastest sprint?

💡 Leaderboards appear once members start entering results. It is normal for a new location to show 0 throughout.

Managing WOD settings

Click Manage settings in the top right of the WOD page. There are four sections:

Section 1: Workout of the Day

  • Enable WOD — enable or disable WOD for all members

  • Default visibility — choose whether all members see the WOD or only those logged in to the app

  • Allow members to opt out — when enabled, members can hide WOD and leaderboards in their app

  • Publication & verification — determine who may publish WODs and whether scores need approval first

Section 2: Leaderboard

Configure how leaderboards work: the time window for weekly rankings and how scores are calculated and ranked.

Section 3: XP & scoring

Set how experience points are awarded:

  • How much XP a member earns for completing a session

  • How much XP for a WOD score

  • Any bonus points for specific achievements

Section 4: Pinned exercise

Choose an exercise (e.g. "Deadlift") that always appears in the Exercises leaderboard. This creates a long-term ranking for one specific movement, useful for tracking who is strongest at a particular lift.
