Both coach and member can easily reset a member's password. Follow these steps to reset it as a coach.
1. Click the Members button
2. Then click the three dots to the right of the member with password problems
3. Finally, click 'Resend invitation'
4. The member now receives an email with login details and a password reset button to create a personalized password
Members can also reset their own password by following these steps.
1. Click Log in
2. Click Forgot password
3. Enter the email used to create your account and click Reset
4. The member now receives an email to reset the password
