Where can I view logged nutrition/completed meal plans?

3 min read

To view a member's nutrition data, navigate to the Member profile and choose 'Progress & Activity' in the left menu. Here are the 4 tabs: 'Overview', 'Measurements', 'Nutrition' and 'Training'. Click 'Nutrition' to view the full report of what your member actually consumed.

1. The dashboard: "Nutrition overview"

This is your central control center for the current day. At the top are three important elements:

  • Progress circles: As in the Plan Builder, these show the live status of calories and macros (Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat). The colored bars fill as the member checks off or adds meals in the app.

  • Daily targets: You immediately see the configured target versus actual intake.

  • Diary status: Under "Today's diary", each meal time (Breakfast, Lunch, etc.) shows which products the member logged. Products with a check mark were actually consumed.

2. Historical data and calendar

Want to know how yesterday or last week went? Use the calendar feature:

  • Date selection: Click the date at the top of the screen to look back in time.

  • Shortcuts: Use the arrows next to the date to move quickly between days. Ideal for identifying patterns during weekly check-ins.

3. Detailed macro analysis (statistics)

Besides the daily overview, you can switch to a more detailed analysis view. Here you can view trends over a longer period:

Macro distribution in grams and percentages

The software calculates grams and displays the percentage distribution too (e.g. 30% Protein, 40% Carbohydrates, 30% Fat).

Comparison: Target versus Reality

The detailed overviews show three columns essential for your feedback:

  1. Target: What you agreed in the meal plan.

  2. Total: What the member actually logged.

4. Logged nutrition

It is important for a coach to see whether a member follows the plan or adds products themselves:

  • Meal plan items: Products originating from your template.

  • Free entry: If a member scans a product using the barcode scanner that was not in your plan, it also appears in this overview. This lets you discuss why they deviated from the plan during an evaluation.

  • You can view each day's diary to analyze why your member did or did not reach the target, and exactly which products were and were not eaten.

5. Viewing meal photos

A member can add meal photos to a day without adding a product. Find them as follows:

  1. Open the member profile → Progress → Nutrition.

  2. In the calendar, click the day whose photos you want to see.

  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the daily overview on the right and click 'Added photos'.

Please note: AI meal analysis only starts through the AI button (camera) or text description in the app. A standalone photo added to the day is saved only and is not analyzed by AI.
