1. Understanding the overview screen
Under Nutrition > Templates, you see a list of all your saved meal plans. The screen contains these columns:
Name: The template title (e.g. "Man 2800 calories"). It is useful to include the audience or goal directly in the name.
Daily target: The total number of calories this plan is configured for.
Label: Tags such as "Keto", "With fish" or "Bulk" appear here. This helps you find the right plan for the right member at a glance.
Days: Indicates how many different days have meals entered (e.g. a 3-day or 12-day plan).
Used: This number shows how many members are currently linked to this specific template.
2. Adjusting the view and filters
Customize this overview using the useful tools at the top of the list:
Search bar: Quickly search by template name.
Column settings (icon next to search bar): Click to choose which columns to display in your overview.
Items per page: At the bottom left, choose whether to display 10, 25, 50 or 100 templates at once.
3. Starting a new template
To create a new meal plan, click the black Add template button in the top right. A side panel opens where you enter the basics:
Image: Upload a motivating photo or icon for the plan.
Title & Description: Give the plan a clear name and describe who it is for or its underlying approach (e.g. "2500KCAL, High protein, focused on recovery").
Recipe label: Add search labels (such as "Vegetarian" or "Weight loss") so you can make full use of filters later.
Create: Click the black Create button to save the basics. You can then start adding specific products and recipes for each day.
*A MEAL PLAN CANNOT YET BE CREATED ENTIRELY WITH AI.
Coach's tip: Have a template that is almost perfect for a new member but needs a few adjustments? You can often copy an existing template through the three dots (⋮) at the end of the row, so you do not need to start from scratch.
