Viewing a member's training progress

2 min read

Where can you find training progress?

  1. Go to Coach → Members and click the member

  2. Click the tab Training

Plan statistics at the top

The top of the Training tab shows four statistics:

  • Total plans — all plans this member has ever followed

  • Currently active — plans the member currently follows

  • Completed — completed plans

  • Current progress — how far the member is through the active plan (%)

Performance overview

Scroll down for the Performance overview. This shows accumulated performance across all completed sessions:

  • Total sessions — how many workouts have been logged

  • Finished — how many sessions have been completed in full

  • Avg. rating — the average score the member gives themselves (0–10)

  • Heaviest lift (kg) — the heaviest weight ever used in an exercise

  • Avg. vol/session — average total volume per session (sets × reps × weight in kg)

  • Exercises performed — total number of unique exercises performed

  • Total repetitions — total reps across all sessions

  • Total time (hours) — total hours this member has trained

Muscle activation

To the right of the performance overview is the Muscle activation map: a human figure from front and back. The muscles trained most are colored darker.

  • Front — chest, abs, shoulders, quadriceps, biceps

  • Back — back, glutes, hamstrings, calves, triceps

This shows at a glance whether the program is balanced or skips certain muscle groups.

How do you use this information as a coach?

  • Few completed sessions? The member may not be pacing themselves well or may need more structure

  • Low rating? Ask how workouts feel — the plan may be too hard or too easy

  • One-sided muscle activation? Adjust the plan for more balanced training
